Submissions should relate to:
- Competition Law
- Technology Law
- Intellectual Property Rights
2. Submission Categories
Submissions may be in one of the following forms:
a. Articles (1250-1500 words)
- Articles must present a primary thesis or argument.
- Purely descriptive submissions will not be considered.
- Relaxation: While novelty is encouraged, an article does not need to present a completely new argument— it should, however, be well-structured and insightful. Basic, surface-level submissions will not be accepted.
b. Book Reviews (up to 750 words)
c. Notes (1000 words)
d. Case Reviews & Summaries (up to 1000 words)
Note: A book review, note, or case review must focus on a topic of contemporary relevance.
Submissions discussing well-settled legal principles without recent jurisprudential developments will not be accepted.
3. Formatting Requirements
Submissions must adhere to the following standards:
- Font: 12-point, single-spaced.
- Hyperlinks: In-text hyperlinks must be provided for statutes, case laws, academic works, or any other sources.
- Citations: Use endnotes, not footnotes. Ensure a consistent citation style.
- Title: Maximum of 12 words.
4. Keywords
Each submission must include at least five relevant keywords, listed separately at the end of the document.
